Job summary

Cross Gates Primary School in Leeds is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the school. You will manage reception, sign-in, answer calls, and provide efficient administrative support to the school office.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, parents, pupils and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Carry out a range of administrative duties, including photocopying, filing, emailing and forms.

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our primary school. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, parents and staff in a busy and rewarding environment.

As the first point of contact for visitors, parents and telephone enquiries, you will play a vital role in creating a positive impression of our school while providing efficient administrative support to the school office.
