Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Business and Administration Manager to drive service performance, quality and innovation across Adult Services.

Please note: at this stage, the role is open only to colleagues currently employed within Kent and Medway NHS Trusts, the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB) and Medway Community Healthcare or working on the Staff Bank within these organisations. As a Business and Administration Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving service performance, quality and innovation across Adult Services. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating business processes, workforce planning and administrative systems, ensuring services operate efficiently and effectively.
No two days will be the same. You will lead the development and implementation of administrative processes, coordinate workloads, reporting and meetings, and oversee demand and capacity management across administrative teams. You will also support and project manage business plans, service improvement initiatives and cost improvement programmes, while identifying opportunities to enhance services through innovation and automation.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will champion best practice, develop collaborative ways of working and support the delivery of strategic objectives. This role is ideal for a proactive and inspiring leader with excellent communication skills, strong project management experience and a passion for continuous improvement and developing people.
Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is due to integrate with Medway Community Healthcare on 1 October 2026.
