NHS Professionals seeks an Administrator at Wonford Hospital to support the Research Professional Services Team with day-to-day administrative tasks and data management. You will help track study set‑ups, maintain records, and communicate target dates to ensure timely delivery.
The role offers 37.5 hours per week, working pattern with potential 3 days a week, and a 6‑month duration within the NHS Trust. Strong IT Skills and attention to detail are essential.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: 37.5 Hours, Monday- Friday- Can also consider 3 Days a week.
Shift Pattern: Weekdays between 8.30 am 5.30 pm
Duration: 6 Months
Support the Research Professional Services Team with the day-to-day delivery of research related administrative tasks.
Track and monitor the timely and effective progress of set-up of research studies in line with local processes and national timelines, escalating any issues causing delays to seek resolution to the problem.
Support maintenance of records and tracking tools to ensure data is accurate and up to date to inform planning decisions and compliance with set-up targets.
Support communication of target dates to teams to ensure clear and consistent messaging and shared understanding of goals.
Under the supervision of the Research Facilitator team, liaise with internal and external research partners to request information, resolve queries and facilitate timely set-up and initiation of research studies.
