Job summary

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Mental Health Practitioner within the ADHD Service pathway. The role focuses on delivering high quality, needs-led assessments and interventions for children and young people, with coordination across families, carers and schools.

The post involves working within a multi-disciplinary team, supporting Specialist ADHD Nurses, and contributing to monitoring and evaluating the ADHD pathway.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with children and young people ADHD services within mental health services.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
• Ability to co-work effectively with colleagues and maintain good clinical records and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Take a leadership role in delivering high quality ADHD service provision for children and young people and their families.
• Undertake needs-led, evidence-based assessments and therapeutic interventions within the ADHD pathway.
• Liaise with CAMHS, Adult Mental Health services and community partners to develop an integrated care package.
• Contribute to monitoring, research and evaluation of the ADHD pathway.
