Job summary

• Undertake assessments and provide evidence-based clinical interventions for children and young people.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team and with families/carers.
• Ensure practice is based on guidelines and reflective practice.
• Deliver services in hospital and community venues.
• Attend and contribute to organised clinical supervision forums.
• Liaise with Health, Social Services, Education and voluntary services.
• Educate families about children's mental health needs.
