The Supply Register is seeking a primary Supply Teacher to join the Plymouth Cast Trust Bank. You will deliver engaging lessons across various grade levels, stepping in for absent teachers to help students meet learning objectives and maintain continuity of learning.

Key responsibilities include high-quality teaching, managing classroom behaviour, adapting strategies for diverse needs, and collaborating with staff to ensure smooth transitions. DBS checks and safeguarding are required.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent is required to teach in UK schools.
• Experience in education settings is preferred but not essential.
• Strong classroom management and motivational skills are important.
• Flexibility, resilience and adaptability to fast-paced environments are needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, colleagues and parents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning aligned with school curricula and policies.
