The Supply Register is seeking an enthusiastic Supply Teacher to join the Plymouth Cast Trust Bank. You will deliver engaging lessons across various grade levels, stepping in for absent teachers to ensure learning objectives are met and students receive support.

The role offers weekly pay and opportunities to contribute to a supportive, collaborative team. We value adaptability, strong classroom management, and effective communication with students, colleagues, and parents.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in education settings is preferred but not essential.
• Strong classroom management and ability to engage students.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, colleagues and parents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in line with school curriculum and policies.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet diverse student needs and maintain continuity.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff for smooth transitions during absences.
• Provide feedback on student progress and maintain records as required.
