Qualifications

• Recent experience working within a UK primary school or childcare setting.
• A reliable, professional approach with the ability to adapt to different school environments quickly.
• A passion for making a genuine difference in children's education.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for literacy and numeracy interventions.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a culture of respect.
• Assist students with diverse learning needs, including SEN and SEMH.
• Support the setup of classroom activities and learning resources.
• Supervise children during break times and follow safeguarding policies.
