A boutique law firm focusing on Employment law is looking to hire an interim Employment lawyer on an ad hoc basis, with potential for a permanent position.
The firm comprises former City lawyers with a steady pipeline of work, including approximately 10 settlement agreements weekly and broader project-related work such as employee due diligence for larger organizations.
The ideal candidate should have experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating entry and exit for senior employees, settling agreements, advising on grievance and disciplinary processes, HR compliance, dismissal advice, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.
This role is fully remote within the UK and can be performed on an ad hoc hourly basis or day rates.
