A boutique law firm specializing in Employment law is seeking an interim Employment Lawyer for ad hoc assistance, with the possibility of permanent hire. The firm comprises former City lawyers and handles a steady stream of work including settlement agreements, employee due diligence, and other employment-related projects.
The ideal candidate should have experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating employment terms, settling agreements, advising on grievance and disciplinary issues, HR compliance, dismissals, employment tribunals, and restrictive covenants. Experience with high court enforcement is a plus.
This role is fully remote within the UK and can be contracted on an hourly or day-rate basis.
