Job Description:

A boutique law firm focusing on Employment law is seeking an interim Employment Lawyer for ad hoc assistance, with potential for permanent hire.

The firm comprises former City lawyers specializing in Employment law, handling around 10 settlement agreements weekly and broader projects like employee due diligence for larger organizations. The role offers a flexible scope based on experience.

The ideal candidate should have experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating senior employee exits, settling agreements, providing advice on grievances and disciplinary processes, HR compliance, dismissal advice, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.

This position is fully remote within the UK, with options for hourly or day rate engagement.
