Job summary

You will help embed governance and risk principles across the Care Group and support clinical leads with audits, investigations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare governance or quality and safety in a hospital setting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support the Care Group Leadership Team in monitoring quality and safety targets.
• Assist with review of clinical incidents and attaching relevant documents.
• Monitor formal complaints and ensure investigations and action plans are timely and evidenced.
• Support Initial Case Reviews and investigations with clinical leads.
• Develop and disseminate governance guidance and policies across the Care Group.
