Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our club operations and deliver exceptional member experiences seven days a week. You will report to the General Manager and drive strategies to achieve club targets while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

We value a people-focused leader with experience managing large facilities and strong financial planning skills, who can foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for staff and members alike.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large operational service delivery facility.
• Experience across multiple functions and departments.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate the club to deliver a high-quality member experience seven days a week.
• Ensure health & safety and compliance with regulations in daily operations.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies to hit club targets.
• Provide strong leadership to teams and drive a culture of inclusivity and belonging.
