Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is recruiting an Assistant General Manager to lead a large premium health and wellness club. You will collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies, drive member experience, and ensure safe, compliant operations across all functions.

The role focuses on people, service excellence, and driving club targets while fostering an inclusive culture and opportunities for career progression within DL Clubs.

Qualifications

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a successful club and deliver an excellent member experience daily, 7 days a week.
• Work with the General Manager to implement strategies driving club targets and member experience.
• Ensure day-to-day health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to for everyone in the club.

You will work closely with the General Manager to implement strategies to drive club targets and member experience, alongside ensuring a smooth operation making sure day to day health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to for everyone in the club.
