David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a premium health and wellness club and ensure an exceptional member experience seven days a week.

You will work with the General Manager to implement strategies that drive club targets, enhance member satisfaction, and maintain safe, compliant operations across all departments.

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility.
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.

• Lead and operate a DL Club to deliver an excellent member experience daily.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies that drive club targets and member satisfaction.
• Ensure day-to-day health & safety and compliance regulations across the club.

Assistant General Managers are people-focused and have full accountability in leading and operating a successful DL Club and giving our members an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.

You will work closely with the General Manager to implement strategies to drive club targets and member experience, alongside ensuring a smooth operation making sure day to day health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to for everyone in the club.
