David Lloyd Clubs in Brighton is seeking an Activities Manager to lead and manage activities across fitness, group exercise, racquets, swim and families departments. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, ensuring efficient club operations and an exceptional member experience.

You will recruit, train and empower your team to deliver consistent service, drive collaboration across departments, and foster a thriving, customer-focused culture within the club.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a large operational service delivery facility.
• Experience leading multiple functions with varied challenges and goals.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in financial planning and management.
• Passion for customer service.

Responsibilities
