Job summary

Haven Holidays in Tendring is seeking an Activities & Leisure Shift Leader to guide a motivated team across our pool and activities. You will lead shifts, ensure safety and high service standards while staying compliant with company policies.

Preferred candidates have prior Senior Lifeguard/Team Leader experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays. Training and DBS clearance are provided where required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Lifeguard, Team Leader or Supervisor in leisure, sports or recreation is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to ensure safety guidelines and checks are followed consistently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team, assign tasks and motivate for excellent service.
• Provide prompt guest service and handle complaints or requests.
• Enforce safety rules and inspect pool facilities and activities areas.
• Supervise shifts and train new team members on policies and procedures.
