Job summary

Haven is seeking a Pool Shift Leader to guide a dedicated team and ensure a safe, welcoming swimming experience for every guest.

You will assign tasks, enforce pool rules, conduct safety inspections, assist in training new team members, and step up as shift leader when required, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Lifeguard, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a leisure, sports or activities setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough safety checks and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team by assigning tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and motivating performance.
• Enforce facility rules to promote safety and enjoyment for guests.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of pool equipment and facilities.
• Provide prompt, professional guest service and address complaints or requests.
• Assist in training new team members on policies and procedures.
