Job summary

Haven's Craig Tara Holiday Park in Ayr is seeking an Activities & Pool Team Manager who loves leading a team and delivering brilliant guest experiences. You’ll run our activities programme and pool operations, hands-on and visible in daily operations.

You’ll coach your team, manage scheduling and budgets, and ensure safety and compliance while driving guest satisfaction and growth opportunities. This full-time role offers an onsite accommodation option and strong development paths.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role in sports, leisure or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fast-paced environment experience with attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solver with organisational skills.
• Budget and financial management experience.
• PPO and SPTO certificates preferred; training support available.
• Health and safety knowledge required.
