Emberbrook Care Home in Thames Ditton (Surrey/London border) is seeking an Activities Coordinator to plan and run daily resident activities and outings. You will support social, intellectual and spiritual well-being, coordinating with staff to deliver engaging programmes and maintain care plan records.

You will build rapport with residents, deliver compassionate care, and encourage participation, documenting outcomes and adapting activities to residents' needs.

Qualifications

• Plan and organise daily activities for residents.
• Deliver activities to support social, intellectual, spiritual well being.
• Maintain records and care plans for residents.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
