Job summary

Care Concern Group Limited's Tunbridge Wells Care Home is seeking an Activities Lead to develop and deliver a high-quality, person-centred activities programme for residents, including those living with dementia.

You will plan group and 1:1 activities, tailor to interests and care needs, work closely with the Home Manager, and maintain records to ensure the programme remains engaging and effective for wellbeing and social interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Activities Coordinator or in a similar role is essential; however, applications from candidates who can demonstrate relevant transferable skills and a strong aptitude for the role may also be considered.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging activities and events
• Strong organisational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a high quality, person-centred activities programme.
• Plan and lead group and one-to-one activities tailored to individual interests, abilities and care needs, including those living with dementia.
• Maintain accurate records and continuously review and improve the programme to ensure it remains engaging and effective.
