Royal Mail is seeking a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) in Smethwick to deliver letters and parcels in your local area. You will work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends, with a 30-hour week and a 10-month fixed-term contract.

Full training, a uniform and a red Royal Mail van are provided. You’ll need a full manual UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points), be willing to drive daily, and pass a driving assessment.

Formación

• Full manual UK driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points)
• Willingness to drive a Royal Mail van daily and pass a driving assessment
• Physically fit and able to walk long distances, climb stairs/hills, lift/carry 10kg+ mailbags
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Strong organisation and resilience in a busy environment

• Comfortable working outdoors and independently
