Job summary

Royal Mail in Tipton is hiring a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) on a fixed-term 12-month contract. You will deliver letters and parcels on a rotating shift, including Sundays, outdoors in all weather, and you’ll walk long distances and drive a Royal Mail van.

Full UK manual driving licence required; driving assessment; physically fit to lift 10kg+ mailbags and work 30 hours per week across 5 days in 7. Overtime paid included.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence.
• Pass a driving assessment.
• Physically fit to walk long distances and lift 10kg+ mailbags.
• Reliable, self-motivated and well organised.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather.
