The Activation Planning Manager is an expert in the paid media landscape and consumer interaction. They architect and steward holistic media plans, owning the creation of plans, cross-channel budget allocation, in-flight optimisation, reporting, and post-campaign analysis. They are the key contact for clients, providing a unified view of campaigns from planning to post-campaign analysis.
The Activation Planning Manager contributes to executing biddable media activities, building cross-channel knowledge and supplier relationships to support testing, analysis, optimisation, and campaign management. They will lead activation efforts related to Mars in EMEA, focusing on leveraging knowledge of biddable channels and reservation-based media buying to achieve expertise across multiple channels.
The role involves creating and managing media plans to maximise awareness and sales growth for Mars, through effective planning, optimisation, and analysis. They will manage day-to-day media plan implementation, ensuring objectives are met amidst market changes, and stay informed on new developments in media marketing.
Proven experience in cross-channel performance media at a Senior Executive or Manager level.
