We are looking for an energetic and proactive Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in driving global visibility and appeal of the Dr Sam’s brand with responsibility for building comprehensive and compelling product marketing, consumer engagement and trade marketing strategies and plans.

We are looking for someone who brings passion and confidence to the business with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Someone that has their finger on the pulse, able to think creatively out-of-the-box to come up with disruptive brand activation thinking.

Reports to the Global Marketing & Sales Director. Manages up to two direct reports, a Marketing Executive and a Marketing Intern. Works collaboratively with the broader Marketing team to lead pulling together 360 marketing plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the GTM planning process for new product launches and brand initiatives, working closely with Product Development, Growth, Marketing & Comms teams.
  • Develop launch plans that incorporate consumer insights, competitive analysis, and multi-channel execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams collating their individual plans for execution to pull together strong, aligned GTM plans
  • Ensure GTM campaigns drive strong consumer engagement and business results.

Product Marketing, Creative Briefing & Messaging

  • Support development of product positioning and messaging that differentiates Dr Sam’s products in the market and lead development of product marketing toolkits
  • Work closely with Product Development to ensure consumer insights are integrated into new product innovations and lead preparation of Creative and copy briefing
  • Collaborate with Education team to create compelling product education materials, including helping drive website copy, packaging, and in-store assets.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce teams to optimize product pages, ensuring clear and persuasive storytelling.
  • Monitor product performance and consumer feedback to inform future innovation and marketing strategies.

Brand Awareness & Activation Tactics

  • Develop and execute brand activation campaigns that drive awareness and affinity, ensuring alignment with Dr Sam’s brand values and positioning.
  • Lead brand activation initiatives, including OOH, partnerships pop-up eventing, and experiential marketing.
  • Measure and report on brand health metrics, using insights to refine strategy.

Trade Marketing

  • Lead day-to-day interface with Retail marketing partner marketing teams securing maximum exposures and executing inclusion of Dr Sam’s in retailer activities
  • Build and present retailer marketing strategy and joint plans to maximise opportunities
  • Develop and execute activation of brand for retail pop-ups, instore events & digital campaigns
  • Lead team to execute brand inclusion in all retailer promotions and sampling mechanisms

Required Skills:

  • A passionate brand marketer with at least 5 years of experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness.
  • A strategic thinker who understands how to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
  • Experienced in building and executing GTM campaigns, brand activations, and product marketing strategies.
  • Experience in beauty marketing with passion for beauty industry and consumer trends.
  • Highly creative yet data-driven—able to balance brand storytelling with performance insights.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
