Job summary

AmBience Healthcare Ltd is recruiting an Acting Senior Support Worker (Stand-In Senior) in Rotherham to support the team and uphold high standards of person-centred care.

You will monitor service delivery to meet statutory requirements, develop and maintain person-centred care, and help enhance team performance while maintaining a safe and effective working environment.

The role offers induction, ongoing supervision and training opportunities within a caring, committed team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a relevant care setting in the past five years.
• At least two years' experience supporting people with Autism and challenging behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service delivery to ensure it meets statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain person-centred care for our service users.
• Help enhance team performance, encourage constructive feedback and maintain a safe and effective working environment.
