AmBience Healthcare Ltd in Rotherham is seeking an Acting Senior Support Worker (Stand-In Senior) to support the team and ensure high-quality person-centred care for adults with autism. The role offers opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, develop leadership skills, and progress toward a permanent Senior position, with supervision and training provided.

An NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and at least two years of supervisory experience are required, including experience

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Health & Social Care.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a relevant care setting in the past five years.
• Two years' experience supporting people with Autism and challenging behaviour.

Responsabilités

• Support the team and monitor service delivery to meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain person-centred care for service users.
• Enhance team performance through constructive feedback and safe working practices.
