Job summary

Agincare North team is seeking a senior support professional to oversee frontline care, coordinate teams across multiple sites, and review care plans. The role emphasizes person-centred care, risk assessment reviews, and liaising with families and professionals to ensure high standards of support.

You will lead shifts, mentor colleagues, and help design personalised routines for individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. A background in senior support or team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification.
• Experience in a senior support or team leader role.
• Confidence supporting people with complex needs.

Job description

This senior support post sits within the Agincare North team, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. The work centres on hands‑on personal care and daily routines alongside community activities, with the post-holder also reviewing care plans and risk assessments, liaising with families and professionals, and leading shifts. The role combines frontline support with leading colleagues across several sites, which calls for senior support or team leader experience. Visa sponsorship is not available.
