The Avenues Trust Group is seeking an Acting Assistant Service Manager to join our Norwich service on a fixed-term 6-month contract. The full-time role (39 hours) includes evening and weekend work with a pro rata salary of £27,969.

You will lead the staff team, manage rotas, ensure health and safety, and promote person-centred support for people with complex needs. Inter­views are on 20 October; the service is in Sprowston, Norwich.

Qualifikationen

• Level 3 diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience of managing budgets and financial information.
• Experience of working with people disadvantaged through illness and disability.
• Knowledge of sector regulatory bodies and their standards.
• Knowledge of sector relevant legislation.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships.
• Commercial and financial awareness.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead support services with person-centred approaches.
• Create and manage the rota and staff line management.
• Ensure health, safety and wellbeing of the people using the service.
• Lead and support staff to deliver high standards of care.
• Monitor service performance and contribute to business planning.
• Establish relationships and networks internally and externally.
• Act as Service Manager in their absence.
