The Avenues Trust Group is recruiting a full‑time Assistant Service Manager for a supported living service in Tadley. You will support individuals with complex needs and manage a motivated team, balancing safety with positive risk‑taking.

Applicants should have social care experience, strong communication, and the ability to work closely with the Service Manager to drive improvements; a full UK driving licence is essential for service travel and vehicle use.
