Avenues Group in Tadley is seeking a full‑time Assistant Service Manager to lead a supported living service for individuals with complex health needs and learning disabilities.

You’ll manage staff, budgets and regulatory standards, partnering with the Service Manager to foster a positive and motivated team. A full UK driving licence is essential, with day and night shifts on a rotating rota.

Formación

• Experience in social care or supported living settings.
• Strong background in supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Confidence in managing budgets and financial information.
• Solid understanding of sector legislation, regulatory standards and best practice.
• Ability to lead a positive, motivated team with fair staff development.
• Balance safety with positive risk-taking and uphold policies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop staff to deliver high‑quality support in a supported living service.
• Coordinate recruitment, training and staff development.
• Manage budgets, financial information and resource planning.
• Work with the Service Manager to drive continuous service improvements.
• Involve in on-call process and be flexible with day/night shifts.
• Travel to the service location as required and drive the service vehicle.
