Trial Balance is a market leading recruitment agency supporting accountancy practices across the South-West. They have a new vacancy for an experienced Accounts Semi Senior to manage a varied client portfolio, handling year end work, tax compliance and bookkeeping with cloud technology.

The role suits an AAT qualified candidate or equivalent, with CPD support and opportunities to progress in a sociable, high performing team.

• Previous experience in an accountancy practice environment is essential.
• AAT qualification or equivalent desirable.

• Year end accounts preparation, tax compliance, VAT, bookkeeping and management accounting for a varied portfolio of clients.
• Ensure that all client portfolios are MTD compliant and leverage cloud technology where possible.

This role will see you working on year end accounts preparation, tax compliance, VAT, bookkeeping and management accounting for a varied portfolio of clients, along with ensuring that all of your portfolio is MTD compliant and making the best use of cloud technology.

This is a great opportunity for an AAT qualified candidate or similar to join a very friendly and high-performing team. Previous experience in an accountancy practice environment is essential due to the technical nature of this role. Study and CPD support are available where appropriate.
