Job summary

Trial Balance, a respected accountancy practice, is hiring an Accounts Semi Senior or Senior for their Totnes office. This is a full-time, permanent role with a flexible hybrid working policy to discuss during interviews.

You will work on year end accounts preparation, tax compliance, VAT, bookkeeping and management accounting for a varied client portfolio, and mentor junior colleagues in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• AAT qualification or equivalent is essential.
• Experience in an accountancy practice environment is essential.
• Support and mentoring of junior team members will be part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare year end accounts for varied clients.
• Handle tax compliance and VAT obligations.
• Perform bookkeeping and management accounting for a varied portfolio of clients.
• Support and mentor junior members of the team.
