Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: London, UK

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - three days in-office, two days remote

We seek candidates with 1-2 years of collections experience, preferably in a B2B setting. Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
• Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
• Handle incoming customer inquiries
• Make outbound calls to clients

• Send statements via email to clients
