PURPOSE OF JOB:
To ensure that the AWS billing operation runs efficiently and on time each month. To continually work with relevant teams to improve the process, resolve billing queries and related issues. To provide a high level of internal & external support to account teams and customers by working cohesively with our AWS Practice Head.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute internal monthly AWS billing processes, ensuring invoices are distributed in a consistent and timely fashion.
- Manage AWS contracts and onboarding to ensure smooth and accurate delivery.
- Download all invoices and reconcile with billing data received, including creating multiple Purchase Orders.
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately in line with operational procedures, with correct tagging and GP allocation.
- Reconcile Individual Amex Payment accounts and ensure timely payment.
- Produce Excel Costing Sheets for each customer in GBP & USD.
- Reconcile AWS statements to ensure correct payments and address any disputes or anomalies.
- Be the first point of contact for incoming AWS customer/internal queries and respond within our standard 4-hour SLA with support from the AWS Practice Head.
- Work with our partner CloudBridge to import data into our systems and cross-reference information.
- Calculate and claim rebates via cash received and credit notes.
- Maintain regular liaison with internal personnel and CloudBridge to build relationships.
- Cross-reference details on Amazon portal with internal records to ensure accuracy.
- Manage Customer Relationship Management System (Dynamics CRM) to log opportunities accurately.
- Assist AWS Practice Head with monthly forecasting and account mapping.
- Log net new deals with Amazon to maximize GP.
- Track all Marketplace offers.
- Generate various reports, including white space, AWS revenue, and rebate reports.
- Prepare data for customer QBR meetings.
