Confidential in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Ledger / Accounts Receivable Assistant to own day-to-day AR activity. You will raise invoices, allocate payments, reconcile ledgers and manage overdue balances, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across customer accounts.

Working with the Financial Controller, you’ll lead weekly AR meetings, prepare aged debt reports and support process improvements. The ideal candidate has prior AR or credit control experience, is organised and enjoys clear

Qualificações

• Experience in Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable or Credit Control.
• Ability to manage customer accounts and resolve payment queries.
• Organised and accurate with good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Raising sales invoices and credit notes, and maintaining the daily sales register.
• Allocating customer payments and reconciling the sales ledger to the general ledger.
• Monitoring outstanding balances and following up overdue payments.
• Dealing with customer account queries and resolving discrepancies.
• Preparing aged debt reports and reviewing overdue accounts.
• Leading weekly accounts receivable meetings to review outstanding balances.
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting improvements to finance processes.
