Job summary

HarperCrewe Ltd. in Warwick is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a proactive finance team. You will manage supplier and subcontractor invoices, ensure correct coding and timely payments, and maintain strong stakeholder communication to support financial integrity.

The role focuses on high-volume processing, 3-way matching where applicable, reconciliations, and generating reports. Excellent numeracy, familiarity with ERP systems, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Evision – Business Dynamics 365 and Eque – Housebuild is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Code, approve, and match invoices to purchase orders where applicable.
• Resolve discrepancies and issues with invoices promptly.
• Handle high-volume processing with 3-way matching for multiple projects.
