Job summary

Mountain Warehouse in Coventry is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to support a busy finance team at our shared service centre. The role covers UK and international supplier activity, invoice processing and payment runs in a hybrid working environment.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will manage supplier accounts, set up new suppliers, reconcile statements, and maintain accurate vendor data using Netsuite and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience handling supplier accounts, UK and international.
• Strong Excel and IT skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of supplier accounts (UK and international).
• Process invoices and credit notes; manage email inbox for queries.
• Set up new suppliers with bank details and remittance info.
• Allocate transactions and perform supplier statement reconciliations.
• Assist with payment runs and ensure timely payments.
• Liaise with internal/external contacts to resolve invoice queries.
