Job summary

Breedon Holdings LTD is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee a small team and ensure efficient processing of invoices and credit notes. You will work closely with the Head of Accounts Payable to drive process improvements and deliver KPIs across multiple business units.

The role requires strong AP knowledge, high numeracy and written literacy, and the ability to manage the end-to-end AP process.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Accounts Payable knowledge and experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate high levels of written and numerical literacy.
• Experience supervising a team and delivering KPIs.
• Understanding AP end-to-end processes is essential.
• Ability to plan, organise and manage time effectively.
• Be a team player yet able to work independently.
• Experience assisting with process improvements and efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise approximately three direct reports and ensure invoices/credit notes are processed within SLAs/KPIs.
• Work with Head of Accounts Payable on process improvements and efficiencies.
• Handle VAT/General Ledger Coding, CIS & RCT where applicable.
• Perform payment run checks and approvals for multiple business units.
• Submit online payments to ROS for Irish Revenue where required.
• Monitor and report team KPI performance.
• Hold regular 121s with team and build stakeholder relationships.
• Assist with documenting processes and annual performance reviews.
