Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of purchase invoices from receipt to payment.
• Set up new supplier accounts and perform appropriate checks.
• Run regular payment cycles ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Act as escalation point for invoice and supplier queries and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate and well-organised financial records.
• Reconcile supplier statements and manage outstanding accounts.
• Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation and information.
