LVMH Perfumes and Cosmetics seeks an Accounts Payable specialist to maintain and process supplier invoices and expenses, while keeping the supplier database up to date. The role also handles store recharges and manages agency invoices, with responsibility for a specific ledger.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment.

Formación

• Experience with Accounts Payable processing and invoice coding.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel for posting and reporting.
• Ability to maintain supplier records accurately and respond to supplier queries.

Responsabilidades

• Log invoices onto SAP and distribute for authorisation.
• Maintain parked invoice and debit balances tracking documents.
• Follow up on distributed invoices until processing.
• Assist with coding of invoices.
• Process authorised invoices for payment.
• Match PO invoices with goods receipts and resolve PO-related queries.
• Process payments by BACS and clear Direct Debit payments.
• Improve the purchase ledger processes to optimise SAP usage.
• Support other ledgers as needed.
• Run reports for DPOs and KPIs.
• Maintain supplier records, creation, amendment and classification.
