Job summary

Learning Resources Ltd. is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage supplier invoices, expenses, and vendor payments with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will maintain controls, support month-end activities, and drive improvements across the AP function. The role requires experience in accounts payable, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• AAT qualified or qualified by experience preferred.
• Previous experience within an Accounts Payable role is essential.
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics D365 or similar ERP system preferred.
• Experience of working in a growing SME environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices with PO, goods receipt, and invoice matching to 98%+ accuracy.
• Prepare bi-monthly payment runs across multiple currencies with full compliance.
• Process employee expense claims and corporate card submissions promptly.
• Reconcile Amazon receivables and handle deductions.
• Support month-end processes including bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in AP.
