Job summary

RES Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to maintain the AP ledger for UK&I RES Group and the global Digital Solutions business.

You will process employee expenses, cash postings, inter-company recharges, and month-end deadlines, using the IFS ERP and Pagero invoice scanning tool.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance shared services or transactional team.
• Familiar with IFS or similar ERP software.
• Understanding VAT, CIS and RCT coding.
• Strong Excel and communication skills.
• Able to meet monthly accounting timetables.

Responsibilities

• Input invoices onto ERP and code correctly using Pagero.
• Prepare payment runs in line with terms.
• Support adoption of new IFS and PO receipting.
• Reconcile cash for Digital Solutions.
• Reconcile supplier statements monthly and resolve discrepancies.
• Run Aged Creditors reports and ensure accuracy.
• Provide backup for UK&I Finance Transactional team.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries.
• Assist audit queries and cover during leave.
