Job summary

RES is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support the UK&I Finance Transactional team. You will maintain the AP ledger for UKI RES Group and Digital Solutions, processing employee expenses, reconciling cash, and ensuring timely payment runs.

Ideal candidates will have transactional finance experience, be proficient in Excel, and understand VAT and basic ERP processes. Training and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance transactional role.
• Familiar with ERP systems (IFS or similar).
• Strong Excel and financial data handling.

Responsibilities

• Input invoices onto ERP and code correctly.
• Prepare payment runs per terms.
• Assist adoption of new IFS system and PO process.
