Job Description

The key responsibilities of this Accounts Payable Specialist role will be:

• Handle all accounts payable inquiries efficiently
• Ensure invoices, receipts, and transactions are accurately recorded and tracked
• Coordinate payment procedures in accordance with the company's policies
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any payment discrepancies
• Support the Accounting & Finance team in ad-hoc duties
• Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality at all times

The Successful Applicant

The successful Accounts Payable Specialist should have:

• At least three years of experience in a similar accountancy role
• Excellent numerical skills and a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in SUN systems (preferred)
• A solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting procedures
• Outstanding organisational abilities, with a proven track record in similar roles
