As an Accounts Payable Specialist at The Cadogan you will join our fantastic Finance team who look after each other, our amazing property and our guests.

Primary Responsibilities Include

  • Process purchase requisitions and invoices.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and exceptions.
  • Manage payment requests and expense claims.
  • Ensure accurate purchase order management.
  • Review and process settlement runs.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations.
  • Manage supplier statements and master file updates.
  • Assist with month-end closing tasks.
  • Manage petty cash.
  • Track capital expenditures.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks.
