Green & Wolvin Recruitment is seeking an Accounts Payable Co-ordinator in Derby, Derbyshire. The role reports to the Finance Manager and involves controlling payable processes across sites and countries, handling FX payments, and partnering with internal teams to resolve cost-related queries.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in accounts payable, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and be able to work on a hybrid basis from Derbyshire.

Competenze

• 2+ years in a financial role, with most experience in accounts payable
• Experience with high volume invoice processing and payment forecasting
• FX payment experience advantageous across GBP/USD/EUR
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)

Mansioni

• Manage accounts payable across multiple sites and countries
• Control supplier and overhead invoices in in-house systems
• Resolve supplier invoice disputes through active management
• Monthly statement reconciliation and cash forecasting
• Manual GBP and FX payments
• Collaborate with operational shipping team to resolve cost queries
• Address payment queries with external accountants
• Provide monthly admin support to finance and wider business
• Daily Direct Debit reporting and payment schedules
