RG Consultancy is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to deliver high-quality expenses and supplier payment processing in a hybrid role based in the UK. You will ensure transactions are processed on time and comply with internal policies.

You will handle queries, process invoices, reconcile payments and balance sheet accounts, and support staff expense claims. The role offers a bonus scheme and study support in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a transactional accounts role.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve queries to ensure transactions are processed and allocated promptly.
• Process supplier invoices and payments.
• Reconcile payments.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Process staff expense claims.
• Reconcile direct debits and collaborate with cashiers.
• Participate in Accounts Payable related projects.
