We’re working with a prestigious global business that’s establishing a brand-new finance hub right here in Glasgow – and they’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join the journey.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of a forming team in an exciting phase of growth. You'll help shape efficient processes from the start and gain invaluable exposure across a dynamic, international finance environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring timely payments and resolving any invoice discrepancies
• Handling supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships
• Reconciling supplier statements and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting internal controls and compliance with financial procedures
• Collaborating with other departments to support smooth finance operations

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or finance support
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments
• Confident communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and finance systems
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
