McLaren Racing is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to support timely processing of invoices and credit notes, ensure supplier terms are met, and help transform Finance processes.

You will code invoices in GBP and foreign currencies, set up suppliers, reconcile ledgers, assist with month-end journals, and collaborate with Purchasing to resolve queries. Strong attention to detail, communication skills and IT proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint are essential.

Purpose of the Role

Working with colleagues across the organisation and external stakeholders, you will resolve queries and contribute to the continued transformation and improvement of Finance processes.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

You will be an effective communicator who can build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to organise multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive and supportive team player, you will be comfortable working independently and have competent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
